Our policy lasts 7 days. You have 7 days to exchange item. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. A store credit will be issued.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive with tags attached and free of fragrances. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
**Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a store credit will not be issued.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied, within 2-3 days.
If you have sent your item, and it has been more than 2-3 days, and you still haven't been issued your exchange or store credit yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded nor exchanged
We only replace items if they are defective/ damaged or if you need to exchange it for a different size of same item.
Le'Boutique reserves the right not to credit you if you return items outside the terms of our Return Policy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, that is $50 or more, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
